KNOWING THESE PERTINANT REVELATIONS ABOUT THIS...XENA'S PRODUCERS WILL CERTAINLY BE ABLE TO USE THIS AS A GATEWAY TO A GREAT XENA & GABRIELLE MOVIE SAGA!

Welcome to this humble page...a true tribute of love for Xena and Gabrielle...and of the incredible & irreplacable Lucy Lawless and Renee O'Conner in photographs with news & commentary put together with genuine respect and appreciation...and love for them...to share some of the thoughts of love...joy & happiness...mixed with sorrow...in pictures...and words...we just cant help but feel for Xena...and Gabrielle...as we too came along with them to the "saving waters" on Mt. Fuji in Japan...in the "final" episode of XWP... wherein Xena should have been saved...only in reality to have Xena's fondest hopes for Gabrielle and herself sadly dashed...One cannot help but mourn the pain with her surviving loved one Gabrielle...Yet it is just as important to remember about the many valuable and heartfelt lessons in their adventures/lives...and the true gladness of just having had the chance to have known them at all.
Their caring ways for the downtrodden and weak...in a land crying out...for hero's such as them...for a Hero as magnificent as Xena...She shall NEVER truly die!

"Xena Warrior Princess" is about an infinite love...between two people...Xena and Gabrielle are as one...in an unconditional love that is so plainly good and true.

Whether Xena is ever to return in the corporial form or not...in any as yet to be found scroll to be shown on film or television...it would almost not matter if but for the fact that Xena died a sadly uncharacteristic, and most un-Xena like death! This was due in large part to the seemingly innocent Akemi...who first tricked Xena...and then Gabrielle...into her lying story of "The forty thousand souls of Higuchi" who in all honesty threw their own lives away by what they did to the poor helpless Xena...and then they refuse to take the responsibility for the destructive fires of death which they brought upon themselves as we saw with our own eyes the horror unfold!

Xena wrongly gets to take the blame and lose's her life needlessly for the untruthful Akemi...
NOT for "The Greater Good" as seen in what should have just been a good sixth season ender...but certainly not the series ending...and not to "nit-pick" or find fault...but...what was also missed in the "finale" was the true lack of emotional impact in Xena and Gabrielle's screen time together we long time fans had come to exspect for "The Serie's Ender"...as was rarely seen...when the selfishly motivated Akemi...



seemingly brainwashed Xena and made her all but forget about who and what she really was...Our beloved Xena who always stated..."Gabrielle you ARE my Greater Good!" was lost to us...and her true friend & Soul-mate Gabrielle...who's brave and noble efforts to revive her Soul-Mate were painfully thwarted in the needlessly unhappy and brutal...

As we all know...Xena and Gabrielle exist in an alternate reality...or universe...if you must, of "fiction/fantasy"...but it's one with a message...a message of friendship and love...one that can never die...maybe we must miss them for the time being...but also with hope for a reunion of Xena and Gabrielle in a yet to be found scroll...for Xena is a true hero...and friend...who was cruely taken from Gabrielle and the world...far before her time.

In what turned out to be one of the last episode's of the series entitled...
"Many Happy Returns"
Gabrielle reads gently to Xena these words of love that famed poet Sappho penned on Xena's behalf for Gabrielle on her birthday.

AS "TV GUIDE" PUT THE SITUATION IN THE "CHEERS & JEERS" section:

"JEERS to a charnel conclusion. The final episode of Xena: Warrior Princess was unsettling, first of all because it took our favorite tough girl to Japan. That was an odd and disorienting choice, like locating the final episode of Gunsmoke onboard a pirate ship. Far worse than the geographic jump was the show's brutality. Xena died a gruesome death while battling 20,000 samurai. After being impaled by a hail of arrows, she was beheaded and strung up for display. We don't object to Xena going down fighting. But we liked her too much to see her butchered!"

...Possibly Xena's new "owners-to-be""TPTB" (the powers that be) may be able to remedy the current "situation" soon with a theatrical movie or even a mini series perhaps...and give Xena & Gabrielle (and we fans too) the "happy ending" Gabrielle & Xena really deserve!

Dreamworks Pictures may buy out the Xena film rights and make a movie with the original cast!

Dreamworks to make a series of Xena movies?

As the various reports of this story unfolds from several of the major Xena sites in both N.Z, & Australia...here it is complete and unedited, and we stand by the validity of it until and unless proven otherwise!

"My brother works for Dreamworks Pictures, and mentioned that the studio is in the process of getting the feature film rights to many Ren Pics properties, including "XENA". there have been talks at his meetings he says by some of the big shots, that they see a possible feature film franchise for the character, but they are waiting for studios USA's contract to expire next year, before they make any final offers for the film rights. He says it is a little tougher than just getting the rights from SUSA, because Xena has been cut up and sold to many different companies, like Creation, Oxygen, Toy Biz and so on for specific merchandise rights, and that to avoid any lawsuits, these things can take a little more time to work out than usual. I asked him how they plan to do it, and he said he wasn't sure yet, but from the sound of things they are looking for the same success that Paramount had with Star Trek films, meaning they would try and use ORIGINAL cast members from the series instead of starting from scratch."

In an interview which Lucy Lawless gave in an Auckland New Zealand newspaper earlier this year (2002) when asked if she "...would be willing to don the Xena gear for a future project?", Lucy Lawless replied...

"Sure, It would be great to come back as long as it was done right....while there hasn't been any substantial offer as of yet...sure I'd do it...."we all loved the show very much. And you know as well as I do that they will eventually resurrect that character again, she's far too great a character not to resurrect. So they will find a way to do that. Xena will return...."it must be a possibility. I mean, someone took out a full page cover ad in Daily Variety to promote The Director`s Cut, and for a TV Show that`s been cancelled to have a full page ad in a trade publication, that just blows my mind...." I`m sure as time goes by and I`m finally feeling some normalcy in my life I'm sure I`ll be open to it."
